The Mudras BodyReset
Understand your needs
We begin with your intake, your goals, and a conversation about discomfort, movement, training, work, and relevant health history.
Work with intention
Your therapist combines appropriate techniques, adjusts pressure, and responds to how your body tolerates the work. The focus may include a specific concern, several connected areas, or more extensive bodywork.
Adapt throughout
Your feedback helps guide the session. Techniques may include deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and assisted stretching, selected as the founder or your specialist sees fit.
Sessions are available in 60, 90, and 120 minutes. Longer sessions allow more time for extensive work or multiple areas of focus. Contact us for guidance on duration, rates, and availability.
BodyReset is our signature approach to customized therapeutic bodywork. You do not need to choose a modality or know exactly where the problem begins. Tell us what you are experiencing, and the founder or your specialist will select the techniques and focus that suit your session.
These approaches can be incorporated into your BodyReset as appropriate. Your therapist determines the combination, pressure, and pace with you.
Massage Services & Techniques
Deep Tissue Massage
Focused work addressing deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Pressure is adapted to your needs and tolerance; greater intensity is not the goal in itself.
Trigger Point Therapy
Sports Massage
Targeted bodywork planned around training, competition, and recovery. For runners, triathletes, strength athletes, and recreational competitors, the session considers your activity, areas of tension, and event schedule.
Targeted work on sensitive areas within muscle that may contribute to local or referred discomfort. Your therapist considers these areas alongside surrounding tissues and movement.
Myofascial Release
Techniques addressing restrictions in fascia, the connective tissue surrounding and supporting muscles. The work is adapted to the area and your response, with attention to comfort and mobility.
Prenatal & Postnatal Massage
Specialized bodywork adapted to pregnancy and postpartum needs, with appropriate positioning, pressure, and support. Share your stage of pregnancy or recovery when booking so we can arrange the right specialist.
Neck & Shoulder Bodywork
Focused attention to neck, shoulder, and upper-back tension associated with desk work, travel, and repetitive activity. Your therapist may also address connected areas that affect movement and comfort.
Additional Modalities
Neuromuscular therapy, assisted stretching, cupping, gua sha, Swedish and Thai massage, shiatsu, acupressure, and reflexology may be incorporated when appropriate. Tell us if you are seeking a particular technique so we can confirm the right therapist.
Bodywork for Demanding Lives
Professionals and frequent travelers
Targeted work for tension and stiffness associated with long workdays, desk time, travel, or hours on your feet.
Dancers and performers
Bodywork adapted to the demands of rehearsals, performances, and touring schedules.
We also welcome first-time clients and those referred by physicians, physical therapists, and trainers. Share any relevant care recommendations in your intake so we can consider them when planning your session.
Athletes and active clients
Sessions planned around running, strength training, racquet sports, golf, and other physical demands.
Prenatal and postnatal clients
Experienced care adapted to changing needs during pregnancy and after birth.
